NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating. We do not undertake gas work or general electrical work. Standard household unblocking does not include high-pressure jetting, CCTV drain surveys or specialist sewer work.

Support for rental properties
We arrange rental maintenance and end of tenancy work around the agreed scope. For suitable recurring minor work, our care plans set out visit allowances and what is quoted separately.
