Indicative prices for one eligible property on a 12-month plan. Labour visits are annual allowances, not monthly call-outs. Each plan also includes a separate annual visual home maintenance check.

All visits are by appointment during standard hours. The annual visual check is a separate benefit and does not use any of your included labour visits or their 60-minute labour allowance. No payment is taken on this website; a property assessment and written agreement come first.
CLEAR LIMITS, USEFUL CARE
Use the included time for suitable small plumbing, carpentry, tiling, decorating, silicone or uPVC maintenance tasks.
We agree the work in advance so the visit can be used well. If a task needs more time, we quote that separately.
One annual visual home maintenance check, plus separate labour visits for eligible minor repairs or maintenance, each lasting up to 60 minutes. The annual visual check is a separate benefit and does not use any of your included labour visits or their 60-minute labour allowance. Brief updates follow visits. Visual checks are practical maintenance reviews, not statutory compliance inspections.
Parts, materials, major works and emergency attendance are outside the visit allowance. Gas work and general electrical work are not undertaken; specialist work and certification require separate suitable professionals.
The annual allowance is scheduled across the plan year by agreement. Unused visits do not roll over or transfer to another property. Labour discounts do not apply to materials or combine with other offers. Full booking and cancellation terms are supplied before you join.

No. Every plan includes one annual visual home maintenance check plus its separate labour visit allowance. Essential includes both one annual visual check and one separate up-to-60-minute labour visit during the membership year. Parts and materials are separate unless expressly included in your agreement.
No. These plans are for scheduled property care. Emergency attendance and urgent repairs are subject to availability and a separate quote.
Yes, for suitable minor maintenance within your remaining allowance. Tell us the dates and scope in advance. Larger end of tenancy work is quoted separately.
