The allowance at a glance

Indicative price: £15 per month per eligible property, equivalent to £180 over a 12-month plan. Your membership year includes two separate benefits:

  • 1 × Annual Visual Home Maintenance Check
  • 1 × Separate Up-to-60-Minute Labour Visit

The annual visual check is a separate benefit and does not use any of your included labour visits or their 60-minute labour allowance. These are annual labour allowances, not monthly call-outs.

For a short annual list

Essential suits a property whose suitable minor work can be planned into one separate short annual labour appointment, in addition to the annual visual check. Send the list in advance so we can assess which tasks fit the time. If the property needs repeated attendance, compare a higher allowance or individual quotations.

What each separate labour visit can cover

Up to 60 minutes of suitable minor plumbing, carpentry, tiling, decorating, silicone or uPVC maintenance labour. The tasks are agreed beforehand. The annual visual check is a separate benefit and does not use any of your included labour visits or their 60-minute labour allowance. The annual visual check and labour visits include a brief photo update and action list.

The check is a practical review, not a statutory inspection, certification or guarantee about concealed systems. Further labour is quoted and agreed before the allowance is exceeded.

Additional standard labour

5% off additional quoted standard labour, as agreed under the plan. The discount does not apply to materials, combine with other offers or automatically cover emergency work. Priority for planned bookings is subject to availability.

What is outside the plan

Parts, materials, major works and emergency attendance are outside the included labour allowance. Gas work and general electrical work are not provided. Specialist work and certification require separate suitable professionals.

Booking and the annual commitment

Visits are by appointment during standard hours, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. The allowance belongs to one named property; unused visits do not roll over or transfer. Property suitability, the total price and written booking and cancellation terms are agreed before joining. No payment is taken on this website.

For out-of-hours or emergencies, call to check availability and the separately agreed emergency rate. These plans are scheduled maintenance, not insurance or a guaranteed emergency response.

Is a one-off quote more suitable?

If your main need is a large check-out list or a room renovation, start with an individual quote. A plan should match the smaller recurring work you actually expect.
