Report, assess and agree
Send the tenant’s observations or check-out report, photographs and the contact authorised to approve work. A report of damp or a failed fitting may require assessment before a repair is specified.
Plan access with the occupier
Agree the attendance window, access contact and any restrictions in advance. Swift Home arranges practical repairs; permission and access should be confirmed through the appropriate landlord or agent process.
Several trades in one scope
Suitable work can include plumbing, door and trim repairs, decorating, tiling, silicone and uPVC fittings. Identify urgent faults separately from improvements so an active leak does not wait for a larger refresh.
Scheduled support and specialist duties
Care plans cover a defined number of short maintenance visits, not insurance or unlimited emergency cover. Gas work and general electrical work are not undertaken. Statutory inspections and certification need separate qualified arrangements.
