Start with the property condition

Send the check-out report, photographs and the date the property needs to be ready. Separate faults that prevent normal use from cosmetic work and tell us about any items needing further investigation.

Combine the right trades

Suitable work can include tap and toilet faults, internal door and trim repairs, decorating, tile and silicone repairs, and uPVC adjustments. Agree which rooms and fittings are included, who supplies materials and how access will be arranged.

Plan around the handover

Repair access, material availability and drying or curing times can affect the sequence. We confirm availability and scope before booking; a target date is not a guaranteed completion date until the work has been assessed.

One-off work or ongoing care

A turnover repair list is quoted for its actual size. A maintenance plan may help with suitable minor tasks within its visit allowance, but larger end of tenancy work is quoted separately. Compare the options before choosing.
