Regular opportunities to deal with small tasks
A planned visit gives you a point at which to gather suitable maintenance work. It can help prevent minor jobs being forgotten, but it does not mean every problem should wait for the next scheduled visit.
Clear allowances support planning
Swift Home’s plans specify one, three or six visits per year, with up to 60 minutes of maintenance labour at each. Monthly payments spread the annual commitment; they do not provide a monthly visit. Each plan also includes one separate annual visual home maintenance check, which does not use a labour visit or any of its 60 minutes. Essential therefore includes both the annual visual check and one separate up-to-60-minute labour visit.
A record of the work
The plans include a brief photo update and action list after visits. This can help you keep track of what has been addressed and what needs a separate quote. A visual maintenance check does not certify hidden systems or replace statutory inspections.
Match the plan to the property
A short annual list may fit Essential; more frequent suitable tasks may justify Plus or Complete. Check eligibility and the expected workload rather than selecting the largest allowance automatically. Each allowance applies to its named property.
Know when a one-off quote is better
Major works, materials and emergency attendance are outside the included labour allowance. Unused visits do not roll over. If your main need is a renovation or a substantial turnover, start with a quote for that project instead of expecting a plan to absorb it.
Arrange the next step

For planned minor repairs, compare our landlord care plans. Visits have defined annual allowances; these plans do not replace statutory inspections or cover unlimited repairs.
