If this is your only bathroom, tell us at enquiry stage. We can discuss suitable sequencing for the agreed plumbing work and what fixtures need to remain available, without promising uninterrupted use.
Fittings and finishes together
Share basin, toilet, bath or mixer specifications before buying. Plumbing compatibility comes first; tiling, sealant, carpentry and decorating can be discussed as additional work with their own preparation and drying requirements.
Booking and availability
Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Evening, weekend and emergency work is subject to availability, at an emergency rate agreed before attendance. No guaranteed response time is offered.
Qualified plumbing, clearly defined
Swift Home holds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating. We do not undertake gas work or general electrical work. These require a separately appointed suitable specialist.
