Describe previous attempts
Tell us if drain chemicals have been used and keep the packaging details. Do not mix products, plunge chemical-filled water or remove a trap containing chemicals. This information helps us assess safe attendance.
Limits of household unblocking
We assess standard accessible domestic blockages. We do not supply drain jetting, CCTV drain surveys, excavation or sewer repairs. Recurring or wider drainage faults may need a drainage specialist or water-company advice.
Reduce repeat blockages
Keep wipes, food scraps and cooking fats out of the system. If the problem returns, record the affected fixtures and timing rather than repeatedly treating the symptom.
