Investigating an uncertain source

A non-invasive leak investigation has a £110 guide price for up to one hour. It is an investigation allowance, not a promise that every concealed leak can be located without opening a surface. We explain findings and discuss any further work required.

Useful details before the visit

Describe when the water appears, whether it changes when a fitting is used, and whether the area is currently getting wetter. Send photos of visible pipework and affected surfaces without removing panels or entering unsafe spaces.

Yes, the £150 guide for accessible 15mm or 22mm pipe repairs includes parts. Your final quote confirms the exact repair.

Does investigation include making good walls or floors?

Not automatically. Any access work and making good are agreed separately once the scope is understood.
