Putting a visit together
If the property has several faults, send one room-by-room list. Include fittings, make or model, access restrictions and the person who can approve the quote. A visit is arranged for the agreed scope rather than an unlimited repair list.
Booking and availability
Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Evening, weekend and emergency work is subject to availability, at an emergency rate agreed before attendance. No guaranteed response time is offered.
