Describe the symptom
Tell us whether a radiator leaks, remains cold, makes a noise or has a stiff valve. Note whether one or several radiators are affected. A cold radiator does not by itself establish the cause.
Repairing valves and connections
Suitable plumbing work may include an accessible valve or connection, subject to the system arrangement and condition. Draining, isolation and replacement parts need to be agreed before work starts.
Planning a replacement
Send the existing dimensions, connection positions and the proposed radiator. Wall condition, supports and compatibility affect the quote. Discuss supply and making good separately from a standard installation.
Our heating boundary
We do not undertake gas work or general electrical work. Pressure or control faults involving excluded equipment require the appropriate specialist.
