Repair, replace or investigate?
A drip from the spout and water beneath a sink can have different causes. Send the tap model and explain whether leakage happens when it is on or off. We assess whether a component repair or replacement fitting is appropriate.
Ordering a new tap
Photograph the mounting arrangement and the space below the basin or sink. Check the chosen product with us before ordering, particularly for wall-mounted fittings or restricted access. Supply and the installation scope are agreed in your Ilford quote.
Booking and availability
Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Evening, weekend and emergency work is subject to availability, at an emergency rate agreed before attendance. No guaranteed response time is offered.
Qualified plumbing, clearly defined
Swift Home holds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating. We do not undertake gas work or general electrical work. These require a separately appointed suitable specialist.
