A programme for your property
Tell us your intended handover date and whether this is the only bathroom. We discuss access, product deliveries and drying or curing periods before agreeing the programme.
Trades and quotation boundaries
Swift Home holds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating. We do not undertake gas work or general electrical work. These require a separately appointed suitable specialist. The written quote confirms fixture supply, removal, installation and making good; work outside it needs agreement.
