Replacing damaged tiles

Matching tiles are not always available. Let us know whether you have spare tiles and send their dimensions alongside photos of the damage. The backing surface and surrounding tiles affect the repair method and finish.

Grout and silicone have different jobs

Tell us whether the problem is in the grout between tiles or the flexible seal around a bath, shower or worktop. Failed joints may need more than a cosmetic touch-up, particularly where the surface underneath is damaged.

Agree the preparation and drying time

Access, removal of old material, surface preparation and product curing time form part of the plan. We explain when the area can be used again for the products and work agreed. Materials and the extent of the repair are confirmed in your quote.

An exact match depends on the available tile. Spare tiles or supplier details help us assess the finish before booking.

Can this be done between tenants?

Yes, subject to availability and the agreed scope. Allow time for preparation and curing before the area is needed.
