A blocked kitchen sink needs a different assessment from water backing up through several fixtures. Tell us if a toilet, bath or shower is also involved and stop using affected outlets if they are overflowing.
Standard domestic unblocking
We accept enquiries for household blockages in Ilford. We do not undertake jetting, CCTV drain surveys or specialist sewer work. Say whether chemical cleaners have been used; do not add more products while waiting for advice.
Booking and availability
Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Evening, weekend and emergency work is subject to availability, at an emergency rate agreed before attendance. No guaranteed response time is offered.
Qualified plumbing, clearly defined
Swift Home holds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating. We do not undertake gas work or general electrical work. These require a separately appointed suitable specialist.
