Repair first, decorate afterwards
Painting over a continuing leak or unresolved surface problem can lead to repeat work. Where a plumbing or maintenance repair is needed, discuss it with us alongside the decorating so the sequence can be planned.
An occupied home or an empty rental
Access, furniture, floor protection and the time available affect the work. For end of tenancy decorating, send the handover date and priorities. Paint supply, preparation and the required finish are agreed before the job starts.
