Write the list room by room

Include the room, fitting, symptom and intended finish. Photos of the entire item and the damaged detail help us distinguish adjustments from replacement and preparation.

Choose the right sequence

Resolve leaks and damaged backing surfaces before finishing. Allow for drying and curing, and tell us which rooms need to stay in use. Several trades can be planned together without treating every task as a same-day repair.

Confirm materials and matching

Paint colours, tile sizes, hardware models and trim profiles matter. Matching an aged finish is not guaranteed. Agree sourcing and any acceptable alternative before purchasing materials.

One-off work or planned visits

A mixed job list can be quoted as a one-off project. Repeated suitable minor tasks may suit a care plan, but large repairs or improvements remain separately quoted.
