Tell us whether the work concerns a tenant’s current fault or an upcoming handover. An active plumbing leak needs a different priority from a cosmetic refresh. Include the authorised contact and the access arrangement.
One-off repairs and scheduled care
A check-out list can be quoted as one project. Suitable recurring minor tasks may fit a care plan with a defined annual visit allowance. Plans do not provide emergency insurance, unlimited labour or compliance certificates.
Booking and availability
Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Evening, weekend and emergency work is subject to availability, at an emergency rate agreed before attendance. No guaranteed response time is offered.
Qualified plumbing, clearly defined
Swift Home holds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating. We do not undertake gas work or general electrical work. These require a separately appointed suitable specialist.
