Identify the shower and the fault
Send a photo of the complete fitting, its make and model, and explain whether the problem is a drip, weak flow, a stiff control or a leaking waste. Different shower types need different parts and assessments.
Mixer fittings and cartridges
A compatible mixer cartridge or external fitting may resolve an appropriate plumbing fault. Access and the supply arrangement must be checked. Concealed valves may need separately agreed access and making good.
Changing a fitting
Discuss connection centres, available pressure and manufacturer requirements before purchasing a mixer. Installation is quoted for the fitting and suitable plumbing work; it is not a promise that any chosen product will suit the property.
